Mayakathalaya School of Drama presents:
“Where is my Home” ? Adapted from the play by D. M Bocaz Larson at Lamakaan on Saturday 11th Dec at 6:30pm
Synopsis:
The Bhopal Gas Tragedy can never be undone. Hopefully, it’s sacrifice will be remembered and not repeated. It is something each of us as Indians will remember for a very long time to come.
This play reminds us of our fragile environment and how industrial pollution near our cities can cause havoc and alter it beyond repair. A few animals left in the jungles surrounding Hyderabad talk about how industrial pollution has ruined their home and affected man as well.
Although, humorous in nature, this play still hopefully will help our children to see clearly what has been done. Maybe, in the best of all possible worlds, they will learn to avoid our mistakes.
Program is free and open for all.
In Lamakaan on Sunday 1st August at 11 Am we have a short lecture followed by a hands on demonstration on telescopes and telescope making.
