Please read the following rules
 
Lamakaan is a not for profit for organization. We are typically short on manpower and we expect you to chip in for the setup of arrangements
 
Please note the spelling of Lamakaan. Please use the exact same spelling in all your communication.
 
All events have to open for all. They cannot be invite only
 
No event can have Corporate Sponsorship
 
Ticket of any event cannot be more than 100 Rs. The charges for classes and workshops however vary.
 
For any ticketed event, the counter will be setup and run by the organizers.
 
Lamakaan is closed for events on Mondays.

No sale of any material is permitted at the premises during the event or otherwise. Only the works of the performers/artists who are at the event can be sold.
 
The charges for utilization of space for every event which has an entry fee <=Rs 50 are Rs 500
and for events with entry fee <=Rs100 are Rs 1000
 
Any event which doesn’t charge the attendees will not be charged for by Lamakaan
 
You can utilize the space for rehearsals 150 for every 2 hours
To conduct any classes or workshops 150 rs per hour.
Every program will be passed through a curator and can occur only on approval
 
Lamakaan will promote the event through its channels but will not take additional steps to promote the event.
 
Lamakaan reserves the right to take photographs and video to be published on its channels.
 
In case of cancellation of any program in less than 15 days from the event, cancellation charges of Rs 500 will be levied for all event.
 
In case you need to use the projector, charges of Rs 200 will be levied.
 
To conduct any meetings with greater than 10-15 people please let us know by calling or emailing us atleast 24 hours prior
 
Lamakaan is closed for events on Monday.  
 
An exact same event cannot repeat in 6 months. However it can happen back to back.
 
We expect the organizers to have visited the place
We expect the organizers to arrive at the venue atleast 1 hour before the event
