Every farmer who has committed suicide has a story which needs to be heard. Every such story is a wake up call to us to act & prevent another one from happening. Lets not just share their GRAIN but also their PAIN.
We bring to you poignant stories from the field narrated by the farmers & field staff themselves.
We as KisanMitra have been working in 3 districts (Adilabad, Mancherial, Vikarabad) of Telangana with the District Administration for the past 1.5 years to alleviate Rural Distress and thereby Preventing Suicides. However we definitely need a lot more innovative ideas and enthusiastic people to join us in this journey towards realising our goal of “No Farmer Suicides”.
On the occasion of “World Suicide Prevention Day” we invite you to come join us in a discussion to explore options and share ideas on how we can together make this goal of “No Farmer Suicides” a reality.
