Meeraki is a non-profit organization established in 2023, and till date, we have extensively worked on child and women welfare, particularly bridging the gap between members of various orphanages and old age homes, and the resources available to help them which may not always reach them.

There are students, working professionals, young adults alike that are struggling with how to manage their mental health and work / studies. This workshop is mindful and experiential, helping people slow down, reconnect, and listen to themselves through creative expression, reflection, and gentle conversation.
It’s a space to pause, breathe, and rediscover balance,reminding us that wellbeing begins with awareness and presence. This is curated by professional psychologists and is open for all
