After reaching the brink of a full-fledged war, the rulers of India and Pakistan have announced cease fire for now. However, the war drums have still not fallen silent and the competitive chest thumping is the order of the day in both the countries. In this war hysteria, the critical voices are being silenced and questions of accountability is being conveniently ignored. Yet the question remains as to who really benefits from the war or the war like situation and Who is at a loss. It is important to find answer to these questions not from the standpoint of the ruling classes but from that of the people on both sides of border. That's what we intend to do as part of this very important discussion. All are cordially invited.
